- Site Content: All content, graphics, branding, logos (including the BEN-NIC logo), and text on this Site are the property of BEN-NIC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- Client Deliverables: Intellectual property ownership for custom software, game builds, or AI model code developed for clients will be governed strictly by individual client service agreements and will transfer to the client upon full payment of agreed fees.

4. Consultations & Bookings

Consultations scheduled via our Google Calendar integration are subject to availability. BEN-NIC reserves the right to reschedule or decline consultation requests that fall outside our operational scope or expertise.
